1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://asiabet33.cam and all associated services, products, and features provided by Asiabet33 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"). • "Member" or "User" means any individual who has completed the registration process and holds an active account with Asiabet33.

• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency accepted on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any person who is under 21 years of age, a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, or otherwise ineligible to hold an Asiabet33 account under these Terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with Asiabet33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Asiabet33 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You must be the registered account holder and must not allow any other person to use your account.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of Asiabet33 or any of its affiliated entities, or a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

Asiabet33 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend an existing account where, in its reasonable opinion, eligibility criteria have not been met or cannot be verified.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To open an account, you must complete the online registration form and provide all required information accurately. By submitting the registration form, you confirm the accuracy of all information provided. Asiabet33 may, at any time, require you to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment method, in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you and you will be held liable accordingly.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Asiabet33 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. Asiabet33 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access prior to notification.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Asiabet33 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following: a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

5 Deposits & Payments

Asiabet33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods, subject to availability:

• Malaysian online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Asiabet33 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or any payment method not listed on the Platform.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Asiabet33 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the account pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Asiabet33 may require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new or different payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Processing times vary by method: DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 3 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• Asiabet33 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Asiabet33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion:

• Each Member is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in MYR and are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Any unconverted bonus funds remaining at the end of the validity period will be forfeited.
• Asiabet33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to accounts shall remain subject to the terms under which they were awarded.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of system errors — will result in the voiding of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless Wagering Requirements have been fully met.

Specific promotions such as the New Year Welcome Bonus (up to MYR 2,880), Birthday Bonus (up to MYR 2,688 depending on VIP tier), and cryptocurrency deposit bonus (2% up to MYR 688) are each governed by their own supplementary terms, which are made available on the respective promotion pages.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Asiabet33 platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or conditions displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a reference number is issued, it is binding on both the Member and Asiabet33.
• Asiabet33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that has been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error (patently obvious pricing mistake). In such cases, stakes will be returned in full.
• In-play betting is subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of live event information. Bets placed during this delay window may be rejected or accepted at revised odds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Asiabet33 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Member's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of Asiabet33 shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
• Results for sports betting markets are determined based on official results from the relevant sporting governing body. For live casino games, the result shown in the game interface is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Asiabet33 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to unauthorised use of payment instruments, chargebacks, or collusion.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to Asiabet33 immediately. Winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any unlawful financial transaction.
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee returns or circumvent bonus terms ("bonus abuse").

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Asiabet33 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of Asiabet33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of Asiabet33. Unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asiabet33 excludes all liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content of the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game results, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits Asiabet33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Asiabet33's total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

12 Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by Asiabet33 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with it.

13 Responsible Gambling

14 Account Suspension & Termination

Asiabet33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Discovery that a Member has provided false information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Discovery that a Member is a Prohibited Person.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or court direction requiring account restriction or closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Asiabet33 may withhold any outstanding bonus balances. Any real-money funds held in the account at the time of closure that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Asiabet33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Asiabet33's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection law.

In the event of a dispute between you and Asiabet33, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

All disputes relating to the outcome of individual bets or games must be raised within 14 days of the relevant event. Claims raised outside this period will not be entertained.
